More Window Work
We managed to install the passenger side window this weekend, but the doors like they will continue to be a source of frustration and re-work. The window frame mounts are welded at specific angles, and any deviation requires either shimming the mounts with washers, or cutting and re-welding the mounts.

Speaking of cutting and re-welding the mounts, we DIDN'T get the driver's side window installed this week because the rear half of the frame mount is not compatible with the rear surface of the door. I need to figure out how to lock the two pieces of the frame together long enough to get someone to weld them.

We decided that brighter brake lights will improve the visibility of the brakes to following traffic. We auditioned a few LED replacement bulbs and found one that is much brighter than the original bulb.
We also fabricated a fuel tank vapor trap from some PVC and aquarium charcoal. This will keep the gas smell out of the garage.
