...this week in the war of the doors. The doors open and close and are reasonably weatherproof. We even created hinged windows where the rear brake scoops go. They're shown here with the protective white film still on the clear Lexan. The little tab at the back of each window allows us to create a latch to close them.
Speaking of scoops, we turned our attention to the aluminum that goes behind the radiator to funnel air through the radiator and over the hood. There are six pieces, and most of them needed some trimming to fit properly. With a little truck bed liner to finish them off, we installed them with rivets. It turned out nicely!
The pic below is a view from above the hood looking into the scoop. I need to stop taking pictures in the late afternoon. Too many dark shadows!
