We didn't get much time on the car this week. We cut and installed the passenger side lower splash guard under the hood, and then mocked up both of the upper splash guards. You can tell by the pictures that the piece provided appears way too small. I used a pair of dividers to scribe the hood's location on the piece we have, and will plan a larger piece using that information. I also need to figure out how much space will be used by weatherstrip that seals the splashguard.
We also installed the license plate lamp and the license plate frame. The frame includes some very bright white LEDs that will serve as a backup lamp for the car. We got the plate frame from VLED's.
The weather is supposed to be nice this coming week. Hopefully we'll get headlights and front blinkers installed, and maybe start looking at the windshield wipers!
